I had laparoscopic gastric bypass surgery done Feb. 9, 2010 by Dr. Pesta. It is now April 2010 and I have lost close to 60lbs and it feels awesome. I am able to go for daily walks and able to enjoy them. Dr. Pesta is a wonderful surgeon, he has excellent bedside manner and he takes time for his patients and their families. I feel incredibly blessed to have Dr. Keith Marshall as my surgeon. From meeting him at the informational seminar, it was clear that this physician was completely committed to the well being of each patient. It is rare to find such an established surgeon take special care to listen to his patient's concerns and address each one. As the pre-surgical process unfolded under the direction of Sally Green, RN at Henry Form Macomb-Warren Campus, I was amazed at how effortless the team made this seem. Dr.Marshall has so much to offer bariatric patients--I feel so fortunate to have had such a positive experience because of this gifted and caring surgeon.

Dr. Pesta is an amazing surgeon. He has great bedside manner. He is very knowledgable and extremely helpful. Dr. Pesta has a great sense of humor and has a very caring personality. As I waited in pre-op I was very nervous, and Dr. Pesta came in and he was able to calm me down. He is very confident and it showed right through. I even had to page him once I was home and he called me back within 5 minutes. Even at the follow up appointments with him he makes sure you are taken care of and he makes you feel important. I would recommend him to anyone and have done so already! His office staff is very helpful as well. They go out of their way to accomodate you. Dr. Pesta changed my life for the better.
